Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Idle Donkeys (the “Game”), including through our website at idledonkeys.com, the Android/mobile application, or the Solana dApp Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

These Terms apply to all users, including players, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the Idle Donkeys platform.

2. About the Game

Idle Donkeys is a free-to-play idle game built on the Solana blockchain. Players manage virtual donkey-run businesses, earn in-game currencies (Hay and Crystals), and can earn DKV tokens — a real cryptocurrency on the Solana network. Optional NFT Managers and in-app crystal purchases are available but not required to play.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Game, especially any features involving cryptocurrency, blockchain transactions, or purchases. By using the Game you confirm you meet this requirement.

The Game is not available to residents of jurisdictions where blockchain-based games or cryptocurrency activities are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local laws.

4. Accounts & Wallets

To access certain features (DKV token earning, NFT integration, cloud saves), you must sign in with a Google account and connect a compatible Solana wallet (such as Phantom). You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account and wallet private keys
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Any loss of funds resulting from lost wallet access or compromised credentials

We cannot recover lost wallet private keys or seed phrases. Never share them with anyone, including us.

5. In-App Purchases & Transactions

Idle Donkeys offers optional purchases including:

• Crystal packs via Stripe (credit/debit card) at fixed USD prices
• Crystal packs via native SOL on the Solana network
• NFT Managers available on secondary markets such as Magic Eden

All purchases are final. Crystals delivered to your account are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. SOL transactions are irreversible by nature of the blockchain.

Prices displayed in SOL are based on a live price feed and may vary at the time of transaction. A quoted price is valid for 5 minutes.

6. DKV Tokens & Blockchain Activity

DKV tokens earned in-game are real Solana-based tokens that can be withdrawn to your connected wallet. By earning and withdrawing DKV tokens you acknowledge:

• Token values fluctuate and may reach zero
• We do not guarantee any particular value or liquidity for DKV tokens
• Daily earning caps apply per the in-game DKV Cap rules
• Withdrawals are subject to on-chain verification and may take time to process
• Tax obligations arising from cryptocurrency earnings are your responsibility

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Game
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game
• Abuse the DKV earning or withdrawal system
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players or community members
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and without refund of any purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

All game content — including artwork, characters, business names, music, code, and the Idle Donkeys brand — is owned by Donkeyverse / Idle Donkeys and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

NFT ownership grants you a licence to display the associated artwork personally. It does not grant commercial rights or ownership of the underlying IP.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idle Donkeys / Donkeyverse shall not be liable for:

• Loss of in-game progress due to technical issues
• Loss of cryptocurrency funds due to wallet mismanagement or blockchain errors
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
